Immune Boosting Carrot Celery Juice

Celery, carrot juice recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch carrots
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 apple
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bell pepper

 

Instructions 

  1. Gather all of your ingredients
  2. Chop produce into pieces, orange and lemon need to be peeled first.
  3. Juice the ingredients.

Store any leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.

You can switch any of the ingredients out, but try to use more veggies than fruit while juicing.
